Scan 365 Pro is a set of static pages: no accounts, no forms, no comments. Here is everything that touches your data.

Serving the pages
Pages are pre-built and delivered through Cloudflare’s network. Delivering them, and protecting the service from abuse, involves Cloudflare processing technical request data — IP address, user-agent, requested URL and time — under Cloudflare’s own privacy policy. We keep no server logs of our own and do not try to identify visitors from this data.
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser’s request for them reaches Google with your IP address and browser details, under Google’s privacy policy.
Advertising measurement
Right now, no analytics or advertising tag loads on this site. If we later promote it with Google Ads and add Google’s tag to measure results, this section and the cookie page will be updated first, spelling out what that tag records, before a single page loads it.
Clicks on vendor links
Product links point straight at each vendor’s website with nothing appended. With no Google tag loaded, clicking one records nothing. If the tag is added, each click on a vendor link would record one “outbound_click” event (tool name and destination address), and this section would say so.
Browser storage
The day/night switch in the header saves your choice in your browser’s local storage under the key hw-theme. That value stays on your own machine, is never sent to us, and disappears whenever you clear site data.
An email to us gives us two things: the address it came from and what it says. Both are used solely to answer you and follow up on your note, kept only as long as that takes, and never sold or passed to anyone. Cloudflare Email Routing relays anything sent to our domain on to the editor’s inbox.
Vendor websites
Once a link takes you to a vendor’s site, that company’s privacy policy governs what happens there, not ours.
Your rights
Laws such as the UK and EU GDPR or California’s privacy statutes may give you the right to see, fix or erase personal data we hold about you, or to object to its use, depending on where you live. We keep so little that such requests are usually settled fast: email editor@scan365pro.ink. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Changes
When anything above changes, we update this page and its review date.
